Greetings, Beloved GemPeople! Wishing you a very Blessed New Moon on this special occasion when the Sun and Moon are in Virgo, along with Jupiter, for a truly powerful cosmic alignment! Along with these energies we will also have Chiron – the Wounded Healer, which is an asteroid,opposing the Sun and Moon in Pisces. In this universal 8 year of 2015, the month of September is a 9, so this makes this month a universal 8 month as well for uber manifestation! We are also being washed with lots of solar activity right now, which brings with it new light codes and potentials for all the things we want to create, as well as activating our DNA. The new seeds we are planting now will have these energies infused into them, so make it good!
The highest vibration of Virgo is about health, work, organization, being of service, family, humanity, and humility. There is also an aspect of faith, intuition, and compassion to this sign, which balances out the detail-oriented, laser-focused aspect which can down-shift into nit-picking. When we are starting a fresh chapter with these New Moon energies, we can begin to identify, resolve, and release the mental hamster-wheels and emotional baggage that distract us away from our true purpose and areas where we can show compassion for ourselves, facilitating deep healing. As we direct more energy into this self-healing, our cups become full again and we will find we are better able to dedicate ourselves to service to others with renewed vigor.
Garnet is the perfect Gemstone Ally to nurture us, sooth us, protect us, and help us re-integrate our bodies so we can once again function on Planet Earth in the new vibration. Red Garnet [Mg3Al2(SiO4)3] (also called Almandine, Pyrope, or Rhodolite depending on its shade), is a wonderful stone for self-confidence and increasing of kundalini energy. Associated with the Root Chakra, it assists in grounding and enjoyment of worldly experience. Red Garnet is a wonderful stone for self-confidence and brings hope and courage to the wearer. The Heart Chakra connection is required for purification of our emotional bodies, along with the physical.
Although we are focused on physical healing with Red Garnet and these New Moon Eclipse energies, that really is the end result of the process. With this particular alignment, Garnet stands ready to assist us with emotional healing, which is the stuck energy of unreleased e-motions that have been impacting our physical health. We are working more in the quantum/morphic field for healing, and therefore we must look at the subtle bodies for lasting change.
Guidance recommends a raw Red Garnet, cleansed and programmed with your intention, set on your nightstand or in your pillow for the two weeks until the Full Moon, which is the last of the lunar tetrad Blood Moons (4 Full Moons, 6 months apart, which are all Full Eclipses). Even better if you can leave it out overnight on Friday night into Saturday (depending on where you are) to be charged during the actual eclipse.
