The use of gemstones to vitalize and program water goes back thousands of years. It has been scientifically proven that water can be structured to hold vibration, thanks to the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto in his groundbreaking book, The Hidden Messages In Water” along with others doing research in the field.
When certain healing stones are infused into pure drinking water, this creates a high-vibration elixir that can be absorbed directly into your cells, bringing along with it all the healing properties of that gemstone. Such benefits of imbibing gem-infused water include:

  1. Revitalizing your body and cell-regeneration due to the electrical properties of the stone.
  2. Balancing and tonifying your organs.
  3. Stabilize your personal bio-energy field for better protection against other people’s energies and negative environmental effects from EMF’s, computers, or geo-pathic stress.
  4. Help keep your subtle bodies and chakras clear.
  5. Encourages you to drink more water from a beautiful bottle to you stay properly hydrated all day!

There are many types of GemPowered Water Bottles out there on the market today. When considering which to purchase, I recommend looking at the following:

  1. Direct or Indirect exposure of stone to water
  2. Quality of gemstone being used including sourcing and safety.
  3. Ease of cleaning and method of securing the stones.

I have personally tried just about all the water bottles out there by ordering and testing them myself. I found that the few bottle types that offer the direct method, i.e. where the gemstone is in direct contact with the water, provided the highest consistent vibration of the water. Usually the individual crystals are of higher quality as well because they are in one large piece vs. lots of smaller ones.
When you have direct contact with the water, quality becomes more important in that the stones are natural, and not dyed, heat-treated which uses oils, and clean. This also goes back to how they are mined. Many companies who make gem water bottle inserts are not checking that the crystals are created in one solid piece. You want to make sure the company you are buying from is connected with the source of the gemstones at the source.
It is also very important that the stone be of a safe composition. There are quite a few water bottles I have seen with gemstone inserts where the resulting gem water would be unhealthy and even dangerous to imbibe, such as pyrite or selenite, or some in the maybe-zone like lapis lazuli or fluorite. For maximum safety with the direct method it is best to stay with quartz-based stones such as Amethyst, Rose Quartz, Smokey Quartz, Clear Quartz, and Obsidian, which is a quartz-based volcanic stone.
This is why I have selected Soji Water bottles to be the best gem water bottle solution. Their stones are clean and the company is very connected to the site in Brazil where the stones are mined. The bottles use only food-grade stainless steel on the inside of the bottle to create the gem base. They are easy to take apart for cleaning and charging of the crystal and all the components.
