Greetings Beloved GemPowerment Family, and Happy Full Moon!! Although it may not feel like it or look like it in the outside world, this is a time to celebrate because we are perched at the first of three doorways of initiation with a huge opportunity for powerful change! The next two of course are the upcoming eclipses at the next new and full moons in May.
With the eclipse energy upping the intensity of the Scorpio Full Moon and the Sun in Taurus, many of us are feeling uncomfortable with an overage of emotions and energies. Some of us are twitching like worms on a hook, crying uncontrollably (my hand up here), having all kinds of physical symptoms, and not being able to sleep – you name it! I know many felt this as early as Monday the 22nd, and more than likely most of us will be experiencing the effects of these energies for up to a few months. Part of this particular set-up, along with all the solar activity we have had lately, is to whip us into shape to vibrate at the level which will empower us to create the Ascended Earth; despite the lower vibrational forces kicking and screaming all the way.
What are we really working on here? Yes, clearing out everything that doesn’t vibe with the New Energy…we get that. But exactly how is it possible to do this? What are our deepest fears…that’s usually a good place to start. Scorpio loves to explore this….deeply and intensely…and either you get stung and are shown (with Love, of course) the next level of what you need to work on to transmute a particular issue, OR you have the opportunity to deal with it once and for all and achieve a spiritual up-leveling and illumination. The best strategy for this is divide and conquer, i.e. separate out the emotional from the mental and physical body issues. When you do that you can attack the easiest for most to clear quickly – the emotions – which is stuck energy from the past. Once we clear that stuckness, our minds have a chance to live in the present and accept that things are different now. With our energy moving again, our bodies feel that freedom of movement because we have cleared a limitation. And this is the gift of the energy of this Scorpio Full Moon and eclipse – a light so bright will be shined into those dark places we MUST look and deal with our issues.
So, what of our new friend, Narsarsukite [Na2(Ti, Fe)Si4(O, F)11]? As you can tell from the name, this mineral was named after the locality of first discovery – Narsarsuk, Greenland! Many of the strangest mineral names are derived this way – proof-positive that you can add an “ite” to anything! 😀 This mineral has since been found in many parts of the world. It is about a 6-7 of hardness and is usually transparent yellow/yellow-green to brown. It forms small, usually prismatic and tabular crystals and often grows in pegmatite matrices where it can be found with Quartz, Calcite, Aegirine, Pectolite, Galena, and Feldspar, depending on the locale.
This mineral may not be well-known now, but I think more people will recognize and utilize this stone in the future. If you look at the constituent elements, you have Sodium for cleansing and balance, Iron for grounding and working with the body, and Titanium for lightness and strength, all in a silicate base. So we have the emotional, physical, and mental aspects all represented – separate but together – in one mineral! It’s no mistake that we have all these elements in our bodies as well. Narsarsukite is said to be very helpful with easing addictions, which involve all the aspects – PEMS (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual), by breaking down the connection in between each as to not present such an overwhelming task. This stone helps us calmly sort things out: brings out our ability to release outdated belief systems, and be open to a broader range of possibilities. Narsarsukite may also be coming up for this time because it is a Solar Plexus Chakra stone and this is the gateway between our lower and higher selves. If we can master this Chakra then we can stand in our power, balanced and open to what is to come, vs. being held up by fear and limitations from the past.
If you are lucky enough to have one of these little beauties, Guidance suggests meditating with this piece sitting on your Solar Plexus Chakra today. If you don’t have some Narsarsukite with you, ask the Deva to bring you the energy of this stone. Either way, envision it separating out any tangles you might have in that area and explore each one, fearlessly! This Mineral Ally has got your back, so to speak!
